I’ve always had an eye for organization and a knack for creating order from chaos—even back when I was a kid. One of my earliest memories is flipping my sister’s doll bunkbed into a "desk" where I’d pretend to run my own office for hours. Little did I know, this playful start would lead to a fulfilling career helping professionals like you streamline their practices and focus more on their clients.

In high school, I was fortunate enough to get a jumpstart in the world of office management, working part-time in payroll as part of an office education program. From there, I went on to build a 35+ year career, gaining experience in Quickbooks™ and various administrative roles, including micro business lending, insurance billing, and financial coordination. But it was a chance to manage a psychology practice that truly transformed my path. I quickly became immersed in the world of mental health billing and discovered a passion for helping therapists reduce the stress of managing their business backend.

Over the past five years, I’ve dedicated my work to supporting therapists through my own billing business to handle everything from insurance verification to final payments. I specialize in using SimplePractice™. My services allow therapists like you to focus on what really matters: your clients.
